BIM Lead/Manager Dublin/hybrid A leading international construction company have a requirement for a BIM Lead/Manager to join their team. Role: Lead the deployment of Building Information Modelling (BIM) function, setting out a clear vision for this new service offering, that is fully integrated with Strata’s other services. Drive BIM integration / interoperability with internal and external systems Develop BIM protocols, workflows and systems Responsible for BIM delivery on both live and tender projects, leveraging software to produce collaborative 2D and 3D models and associated drawings from base information. Be the client facing lead for Strata’s new BIM service Oversee gated process milestones of BIM detailing process Problem solving and resolution of coordination and design roadblocks Manage variations – from identification to resolution Represent Strata at industry BIM relevant events Participation in the Strata leadership team and contribute towards the overall company growth strategies. Requirements >5 years’ experience in modelling within an engineering consultancy or contractor. Experience as a BIM Team Lead delivering a range of large projects (Data Centre, Semi-Conductor and Pharmaceutical project experience would be advantageous). Construction or Engineering qualified Excellent IT skills – Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and MS Office. Must have experience using Revit MEP Strong The successful BIM Team Lead must be in Ireland and be eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
