CSA Quantity Surveyor
Are you an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor looking for your next permanent opportunity?
We’re looking for a CSA Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial and cost management support across complex projects, with a focus on Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
This is an opportunity to work closely with commercial, project and delivery teams, helping maintain effective cost control and supporting successful project outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Managing costs associated with Civil, Structural and Architectural packages
✔️ Preparing and reviewing valuations, forecasts and cost reports
✔️ Supporting procurement and subcontractor management activities
✔️ Managing variations, change control and commercial documentation
✔️ Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
✔️ Working closely with project teams to provide accurate commercial insight
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous Quantity Surveying experience within complex project environments
🔹 Experience working with CSA packages
🔹 Strong understanding of cost management, procurement and commercial processes
🔹 Good knowledge of contracts and change management
🔹 Strong numerical, analytical and negotiation capabilities
🔹 Confident communicator able to engage effectively with project stakeholders
