Are you an experienced Data Analyst looking for a permanent opportunity within the utilities sector?
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a utilities environment in Manchester, providing high-quality data analysis, reporting and insight to support effective project and programme decision-making.
This is a permanent opportunity offering a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days per week on site
in Manchester.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Analysing project and performance data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
✔️ Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and data sets
✔️ Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
✔️ Monitoring data quality and ensuring reporting is accurate and consistent
✔️ Working with teams to understand reporting and information requirements
✔️ Supporting improvements to data, reporting and performance processes
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
🔹 Strong data analysis and reporting skills
🔹 Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
🔹 Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools would be beneficial
🔹 Experience within utilities, infrastructure or complex project environments would be advantageous
🔹 Strong attention to detail with a proactive and analytical approach
