Lead Planner
Are you an experienced Lead Planner looking for your next opportunity on complex, large-scale projects?
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Planner to take a key role within a project controls environment, providing planning leadership and ensuring robust scheduling processes are maintained throughout project delivery.
This is an opportunity to lead planning activities, provide high-quality schedule insight and work closely with project teams to support successful delivery against key milestones.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Leading the development, maintenance and management of detailed project schedules
✔️ Monitoring programme performance, milestones, dependencies and critical paths
✔️ Providing planning leadership and guidance to project and delivery teams
✔️ Identifying schedule risks, delays and potential impacts to delivery
✔️ Producing accurate schedule forecasts, reports and performance analysis
✔️ Working closely with project controls and senior stakeholders to support effective decision-making
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience as a Lead Planner, Senior Planner or Planning Engineer
🔹 Strong planning and scheduling experience within complex project environments
🔹 Experience using Primavera P6
🔹 Strong understanding of project controls and schedule management
🔹 Experience coordinating or leading planning activities
🔹 Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
