2 x Senior Cost Manager positions based in Cheshire (Warrington) for our client United Utilities
3 days a week on site in Warrington
Ideally from a Water/Infrastructure background
Typically 5+ years experience, degree or relevant professional and tehcnical qualifications (e.g. APM) with considerable experience in Project controls/programme delivery on large complex projects and programmes.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships at all levels within the organisation and across all major functions to achieve divisional / company objectives.
Excellent technical skills and knowledge of Project Controls and budget management systems (SAP, cost management systems, and others).
Very strong understanding of cost management techniques including CBS creation and its alignment with WBS and OBS, impact of trends and change control, forecasting techniques and quantitative risk analysis.
£500 per day all inclusive rate
