Project Controls Manager – Energy & Natural Resources\
📍 Manchester / Warrington (3 days onsite)\
💼 Full-time Due to continued growth within the Energy & Natural Resources sector, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Controls Manager (PCM)to support major nuclear programmes in the North West. This is a senior leadership role, leading multi-disciplinary Project Controls teams across complex and high-value programmes. The Role You will:\
• Lead integrated Planning, Cost and Risk teams\
• Establish performance measurement baselines and governance frameworks\
• Ensure robust reporting, controls and assurance processes\
• Support NEC / FIDIC contract environments\
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive informed decision-making\
• Coach, develop and line manage Project Controls professionals About You • Senior experience across multiple Project Controls disciplines\
• Strong background in complex programme environments (nuclear desirable, not essential)\
• Proficient in tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel (ARM/Ecosys beneficial)\
• Strong leadership, stakeholder and communication skills\
• Eligible for BPSS clearance This is an opportunity to play a key role on critical infrastructure programmes during a period of significant growth.
