Project Controls Manager – Energy & Natural Resources

Due to continued growth within the Energy & Natural Resources sector, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Controls Manager (PCM) to support major nuclear programmes in the North West.
This is a senior leadership role, leading multi-disciplinary Project Controls teams across complex and high-value programmes.
The Role
You will:
• Lead integrated Planning, Cost and Risk teams
• Establish performance measurement baselines and governance frameworks
• Ensure robust reporting, controls and assurance processes
• Support NEC / FIDIC contract environments
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive informed decision-making
• Coach, develop and line manage Project Controls professionals
About You
• Senior experience across multiple Project Controls disciplines
• Strong background in complex programme environments (nuclear desirable, not essential)
• Proficient in tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel (ARM/Ecosys beneficial)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder and communication skills
• Eligible for BPSS clearance
