PMO Associate Director
Are you an experienced PMO professional looking to step into a senior leadership role within complex programme delivery?
We’re looking for a PMO Associate Director to provide strategic leadership across programme governance, reporting and performance management, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive consistency and effective decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Leading and developing PMO functions across complex programmes and projects
✔️ Establishing robust governance, reporting and assurance frameworks
✔️ Providing clear programme performance insight to senior stakeholders
✔️ Driving consistency across planning, cost, risk and change management processes
✔️ Supporting strategic decision-making through accurate and timely reporting
✔️ Leading continuous improvement across PMO processes and ways of working
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Significant experience within PMO or project controls leadership
🔹 Strong understanding of programme governance, assurance and performance management
🔹 Experience operating across complex projects or programmes
🔹 Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
🔹 Strong leadership, analytical and communication capabilities
🔹 Ability to establish and improve PMO processes and standards
