PMO Associate Director

We’re supporting the delivery of major programmes and are looking for an experienced PMO Associate Director to provide strategic leadership across programme governance, controls, reporting and performance.
This is an opportunity to play a senior role in shaping effective PMO processes, driving consistency across delivery teams and providing clear insight to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Leading and developing PMO functions across complex programmes
✔️ Overseeing governance, reporting, controls and performance management
✔️ Driving consistency in PMO processes, standards and ways of working
✔️ Providing clear programme insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders
✔️ Supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality reporting and analysis
✔️ Leading and mentoring PMO teams to support successful programme delivery
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Strong experience leading PMO functions within complex programme environments
🔹 Proven experience at senior management or associate director level
🔹 Excellent understanding of governance, project controls and performance reporting
🔹 Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
🔹 Experience developing and improving PMO frameworks and processes
🔹 Confident communicator with a strategic and analytical approach
