We’re supporting the delivery of major programmes and are looking for a PMO professional to provide effective governance, reporting and coordination across the wider delivery team.
This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, supporting programme performance and helping ensure information, processes and governance remain consistent and effective.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Supporting programme governance, reporting and assurance activities
✔️ Maintaining accurate programme information, actions and key documentation
✔️ Coordinating reporting cycles and supporting performance updates
✔️ Monitoring milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across the programme
✔️ Working closely with project and project controls teams to maintain effective processes
✔️ Providing clear and timely information to programme stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience within a PMO or programme support environment
🔹 Good understanding of governance, reporting and project controls processes
🔹 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
🔹 Experience supporting complex projects or programmes
🔹 Confident working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
🔹 Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
