We’re looking for a Power BI specialist to join a project environment in Birmingham, helping teams turn complex data into clear, accurate and actionable reporting.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in improving data visibility and performance reporting, working closely with stakeholders to develop dashboards and insights that support effective decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Developing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
✔️ Transforming complex data into clear and meaningful performance insights
✔️ Working with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements
✔️ Supporting data validation and ensuring reporting is accurate and consistent
✔️ Identifying opportunities to automate and improve existing reporting processes
✔️ Providing analysis and insight to support project and programme decision-making
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
🔹 Experience developing dashboards, reports and data visualisations
🔹 Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets
🔹 Good understanding of data modelling and reporting processes
🔹 Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions
🔹 Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
