Project Controls Engineer | Mining/Oil and Gas

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, & ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB w Required: sound knowledge of project management principles and PMI’s Body of Knowledge. w Required: experience working with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project to produce detailed interdependent schedules and network diagrams. w Required: minimum of five (5) years of experience in related project support in a multi-disciplinary environment. w Required: experience creating and monitoring project plans, schedules and budgets for multi-disciplinary projects. w Required: advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint. w Required: College diploma or University degree in a related field (ideally mining, engineering or environmental science) w Required: PMI Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) or APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) or equivalent w Desirable: experience in identification of project risks and assisting with development and maintaining risk registers.
