Embed best-in-class project controls (schedule, cost, risk, change, reporting), drive data integrity across delivery partners, and turn insight into action with predictive analytics and AI-enabled decision support. What you’ll lead Programme Controls & Governance: Build the PMO operating model, standards and cadence; assure consistency, compliance and auditability across schedule, cost, risk, change and reporting. Digital Enablement: Stand up the toolchain and data model (BI dashboards, portfolio reporting, integrations/APIs); shift the programme from backward-looking reports to forward-looking early-warning insights. Next Practice: Deploy predictive analytics (trends, forecast slippage, risk exposure, EACs), pilot AI-assisted decision support, and industrialise what works. Culture & Coaching: Uplift capability across client and delivery partners; shape a controls-first, outcome-driven PMO culture. What you bring Proven leadership of a Digital PMO/Enterprise PMO on major capital programmes (rail, energy, utilities, defence, aviation or similar). Deep project controls DNA with strong data/BI literacy (e.g., Power BI/Power Platform; integrations/APIs; data governance). Track record moving organisations from static reporting to predictive, portfolio-level insight. Credibility with execs and engineers; you can set direction, coach teams and bring partners with you.
