Project Controls Manager
Are you an experienced Project Controls Manager looking for your next opportunity on complex, large-scale projects?
We’re supporting the delivery of major capital programmes and are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead and oversee project controls activities across the programme.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in successful delivery, providing effective oversight across planning, cost, risk, change and performance management.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Leading project controls across complex projects and programmes
✔️ Overseeing planning, cost control, risk management and change control
✔️ Managing performance reporting, forecasting and programme governance
✔️ Ensuring robust controls and reporting processes are maintained throughout delivery
✔️ Providing clear project performance insight to senior stakeholders
✔️ Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project outcomes
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Strong background in project controls across complex project environments
🔹 Proven experience leading project controls teams or functions
🔹 Strong understanding of planning, cost, risk, change and performance management
🔹 Experience working across major capital or infrastructure programmes
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
