Job Title: Project Manager Location: Hybrid 2 days onsite Salary: £450-550 per day or £55-75,000 Industry: Utilise Are you a dynamic Project Manager with a strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, ready to take on exciting new projects? We are seeking talented and experienced Project Managers to lead large-scale capital engineering and construction schemes across the Midlands. This is a site-based role, requiring a minimum of four days’ presence per week. Your Role: As a Project Manager, you will take charge of multiple capital engineering and construction projects within the utilities sector. You will ensure the delivery of key project KPIs across a diverse range of high-value projects. Your responsibilities will include project planning, cost management, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. What We’re Looking For: Ideally, degree qualified in a technical engineering discipline, working towards or already holding Chartered Engineer status. Strong background in NEC project management with a proven track record of cost planning, budgetary control, and delivering complex projects. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. Forward-thinking, with a passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, especially in fast-paced environments. Ideally, experience within the water engineering sector, but we value a range of industry experiences.
