Reporting Analyst
Are you an experienced Reporting Analyst looking for your next opportunity within a complex project or programme environment?
We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst to support effective performance management through high-quality reporting, data analysis and insight.
This is an opportunity to work closely with project controls and delivery teams, turning complex project information into clear and meaningful reporting to support informed decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Developing and maintaining project and programme performance reports
✔️ Analysing data to identify trends, issues and areas requiring attention
✔️ Supporting regular reporting cycles and performance reviews
✔️ Producing dashboards and clear management information for stakeholders
✔️ Monitoring data quality and ensuring reporting remains accurate and consistent
✔️ Working closely with project teams to understand and improve reporting requirements
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience in a Reporting Analyst or similar analytical role
🔹 Strong reporting, data analysis and visualisation skills
🔹 Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets
🔹 Experience with reporting and dashboard tools would be beneficial
🔹 Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
🔹 Confident communicator able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
