Location: Hybrid – once a week, onsite in London Type: Permanent Staff Position Skills: Proven experience with QSRA/QCRA is essential The role involves working on high-impact projects within the TFL: Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to support the successful delivery of programmes and projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather schedule input, validate timelines, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and resource loading, to identify potential risks and impacts to project delivery. Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify variances, and provide early warning insights to aid in timely decision-making. Prepare and present regular schedule reports and dashboards for internal and client-facing meetings. Support the integration of cost and schedule data to enable earned value management (EVM) and performance tracking. Ensure adherence to governance standards, scheduling best practices, and contractual requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in planning processes, tools, and reporting methodologies. What We Need: Proven experience as a Planner/Scheduler using Primavera P6 on major infrastructure or construction projects. Strong understanding of planning principles , critical path method (CPM), and earned value techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with NEC contracts , project controls processes, and risk integration is desirable. Proficiency in MS Excel, and experience working within multidisciplinary teams. A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach to planning and reporting. Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or project controls preferred.
