Are you an experienced Risk & QSRA Manager looking for your next opportunity on complex, large-scale projects in Scotland?
We’re looking for an experienced Risk & QSRA Manager to join a project delivery environment in Fife, providing specialist risk management and quantitative schedule risk analysis expertise to support effective programme decision-making.
This is an opportunity to play a key role within project controls, helping teams understand schedule uncertainty, manage exposure and improve confidence in project outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Leading and maintaining project and programme risk management processes
✔️ Delivering Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and interpreting results
✔️ Facilitating risk workshops with project teams and key stakeholders
✔️ Identifying, assessing and monitoring risks, opportunities and mitigation actions
✔️ Working closely with planning teams to assess schedule uncertainty and risk exposure
✔️ Producing clear risk analysis, reports and insights for project leadership
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience in a Risk Manager, Risk & QSRA Manager or similar position
🔹 Strong experience delivering quantitative schedule risk analysis
🔹 Good understanding of project controls, planning and schedule risk management
🔹 Experience within complex infrastructure, engineering or major capital projects
🔹 Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting risk data
🔹 Confident communicator with experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
