Senior Quantity Surveyor
Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next permanent opportunity within a complex project environment?
We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial and cost management expertise throughout the project lifecycle, helping ensure effective financial control and successful project delivery.
This is an opportunity to take a key role within the commercial team, working closely with project stakeholders to manage costs, contracts and commercial performance.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Managing commercial and cost activities across projects
✔️ Preparing and reviewing valuations, forecasts and cost reports
✔️ Managing contract administration, variations and change control
✔️ Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
✔️ Supporting procurement and subcontractor management activities
✔️ Providing clear commercial insight to project teams and senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at Senior level
🔹 Strong commercial and cost management experience
🔹 Good understanding of contracts, procurement and change management
🔹 Experience working within complex project environments
🔹 Strong numerical, analytical and negotiation skills
🔹 Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities
