Turnaround Planner
Are you an experienced Turnaround Planner looking for your next opportunity?
We’re looking for an experienced Turnaround Planner to provide planning and scheduling support across complex turnaround activities, helping teams coordinate work effectively and deliver against key milestones.
This is an opportunity to apply your planning expertise within a fast-paced project environment, working closely with project controls and delivery teams.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Developing and maintaining detailed turnaround schedules
✔️ Monitoring progress against key milestones and planned activities
✔️ Managing schedule logic, sequencing, dependencies and critical paths
✔️ Identifying potential schedule risks, delays and constraints
✔️ Producing schedule updates, forecasts and performance reporting
✔️ Working closely with project and delivery teams to support effective execution
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience as a Turnaround Planner or in a similar planning position
🔹 Strong planning and scheduling experience
🔹 Experience using Primavera P6
🔹 Good understanding of schedule logic, dependencies and critical path analysis
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
