Women in Project Controls is a community-led initiative created to connect people, share practical experience and help women build lasting, successful careers across the profession.



The initiative is led by five Women in Project Controls Ambassadors and supported by Chirag Shah as its male ally. Together, they are encouraging women and men across the industry to play an active role in improving representation, retention, progression and performance.
